Engineering & Coordination Group

The Grote Enterprises Engineering & Coordination Group is comprised of 14 members, and is led by Dennis Sweeney. Dennis is a Professional Engineer (PE), a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a Green Building Engineer (GBE), and a Certified Sustainable Development Professional (CSDP). Grote employs four Professional Engineers and three LEED Accredited Professionals. Throughout our organization, our associates have various other certifications, including two certified members of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers.

The engineering professionals at Grote Enterprises have vast experience in all areas of mechanical engineering. The Engineering & Coordination Group strives to achieve early involvement in most projects. Early involvement allows for advanced planning, and therefore greater positive impact on project schedule, constructability, prefabrication, cost and quality.
