Construction Planning & Scheduling

The mission of Grote Construction Planning and Scheduling is to support our clients with a variety of planning and scheduling services, with the intent of helping our clients achieve differentiation from their competition and allowing them to be effective & successful in proposals and cost efficient in their installation.

Critical to the mission is collaboration with our customers and project teams to develop a workable construction project schedule, which can be used as the basis of an effective implementation plan, stand as the baseline by which the plan is evaluated throughout construction, and guide the project team for efficient and timely equipment and material procurement.

As an organization, Grote Enterprises has embraced Lean Construction Principles. Our Manager of Construction Planning, Julie Glassmeyer, has extensive experience in Lean Construction. She has received training and implemented both basic and advanced Lean principles on multiple construction projects. She has facilitated, attended and documented numerous Reverse Phase Schedule meetings, created and utilized 6-week look-ahead schedules and weekly work plans. As part of Julie's role at Grote Enterprises, she is available to support and assist any of our clients in the area of scheduling, productivity and planning.
