Budget Maintenance

Early budget creation, followed by continuous budget verification and control, is a major benefit of the Integrated Project Delivery/Design Assist approach. Our dedicated estimating professionals, with expertise in piping, plumbing, medical gas and sheet metal, have the opportunity to develop a detailed construction budget and GMP during the Schematic Design Phase, and provide further estimating, evaluation and reporting to the Design Team throughout the Design Development Phase. This cycle of regular budget evaluation and reporting allow the IPD/Design Assist Team to develop a final construction design that can be built within the budget.
